Regenerate Outcomes runs a pioneering soil health programme for British farmers, mentoring them to adopt beneficial management practices that build soil organic matter and sequester carbon. This is accompanied by farm data collection and modelling capabilities to generate leading verified soil carbon credits.
As a result their hiring requirements are varied, ranging from expert technologists through to commercial and agri-sector specialists. Furthermore, as a small (albeit fast growing!) business in the regenerative ag sphere, individuals joining the business need to be able to thrive in a start-up like environment as well as being passionate about the company’s sustainability related objectives.
AgRecruit was initially introduced to Regenerative Outcomes in order to provide support with a Data Scientist hire, requiring somebody with agri sector knowledge. We were able to deliver a batch of thoroughly vetted and briefed candidates that also respected the hiring parameters provided (around aspects such as salary budget, location and availability) in a timely fashion, and a smooth interview process whittled this down to two standout candidates from which a hire was made.
