- Experienced Head of Ecology required within the BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) sector.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- CIEEM membership.
- Demonstrable experience preparing and implementing Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) plans.
- Knowledge of ecological principles and methodologies.
- Strong botanical knowledge
- Knowledge of biodiversity legislation
- Leadership experience.

A Head of Ecology is required to lead a growing team and play a key role in establishing habitat banks, managing and overseeing the ecology team with a particular focus on Biodiversity Net Gain.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess experience in a similar role and have a relevant degree in Ecology, or a related field.
