And a positive start to the New Year with live roles aplenty…
The New Year is off with a bang, as the high level of activity seen in December has only increased in the first month of 2025. We have seen recruitment demand rise starkly, across both existing / old clients and new customers.
This has seen us currently engaged on search assignments for roles across the UK, USA and Europe, for roles in disciplines such as:
- Sales & Commercial (from mid to director level).
- Marketing
- Plant Sciences
- Data Science
- Environmental fate and ecotoxicology
- Chemistry
- And more…
Current clients we are working with sit in subsectors such as Regenerative Ag, CEA, Agri-Software and Biotech.
What are the reasons for this upturn? Is it a genuine sign of market recovery after a fairly flat period over the last 12-18 months (perhaps even longer)? We cautiously wait to see what the new few months hold before making an assessment on this… and would be curious to see if others in the agritech sector are seeing similar positive signs.
