With significant funding behind them, this AgriTech start-up provides remote sensor based modeling solutions for commercial scale farming and agronomy organisations, enabling their clients to identify and detect crop performance issues with a high level of accuracy.
With ground-breaking technology in place, they are now looking to drive Sales by penetrating the Arable Farming & Grower markets in the UK & Europe, targeting large scale farming & growing operations of 1000+ hectares.
They therefore need to hire a Sales Manager to be the key driver of new business in the company; somebody with sector knowledge and extensive networks in this space, who is a sales-driven individual with a history of knocking down doors and securing new clients.
As the first Sales-dedicated hire, this is an opportunity to become a key player from the early stages of the growth of an AgriTech start-up, with ample career growth opportunities as the company expands combined with an uncapped commission structure - not to mention significant earning potential with an uncapped commission structure.
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + uncapped commission
