KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience working within a B2B sales role.
  • Must have strong and demonstrable account management skills.
  • Agriculture knowledge OR Arable Or SaaS knowledge is essential.
  • Mentor team members
  • Be comfortable making outbound calls
  • Proven experience developing existing clients.

 

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The hiring company is a leading Agritech business founded by farmers and engineers with a diverse, purpose-driven team on a mission to revolutionise the way that farmers trade goods by providing an data driven platform to make informed trading decisions.

A Sales Manager is required to lead a small team of sales executives to expand and onboard new customers and develop existing accounts.

The role is well suited to somebody with an agricultural, agritech or SaaS background with experience in a sales/business development/account management looking to make an instant impact. The role offers progression and earning potential within an evolving startup environment.
