Product Manager

• Opportunity for an external client-facing Product Manager with early stage Product discovery and scoping experience.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Extensive experience in Product Management, and able to work autonomously and with own initiative in a role of this nature.
• Track record in the delivery of Digital and SaaS products / services.
• Imperative; you must have experience at the very early stage of the Product creation journey - including liaising with target end clients to scope out product needs, develop an understanding of the market and possible competition, etc.
• Able to travel internationally.
• Agricultural related experience, in particular any knowledge of the horticultural and crop growing domains, would be a bonus but not a 'must have'!

At the intersection of Agri & Climate Tech, this significantly backed start-up has created solutions for use in the Agricultural domain that have the potential to make a significant positive impact on sustainability and productivity. Endorsed by the likes of Environmental Policy experts, their services are now in deployment not just in the UK, but in the likes of Europe, the Middle East and Americas.

With various products at different stages in their development cycle, a Product Manager is now required to focus mostly on a SaaS related offering to the horticultural market. This is still a very early stage product, therefore an external client facing Product Manager is required to scope out market needs and provide input into product creation.

You will need to be an experienced and proven Product Manager in the world of Digital and SaaS products & services. A track record in working on products at the very early stages will also be required. The role will require somebody who is comfortable regularly engaging with end clients, including undertaking international travel to meet clients and understand the market.

If you have knowledge of the agricultural sector that would be a bonus - that aside, just an interest in getting involved in a product range geared towards positive climate impact and a more sustainable food system would go a long way!
