Growing the UK team, Sales Associates and a Sales Support Associate are required to play a pivotal role in the sales environment. These roles will be responsible for driving sales and providing an outstanding customer experience.

These roles could be a great fit for somebody with a sales or customer service background complimented with having farming/agriculture knowledge or an agri related degree (not a requirement). See below:

 

Senior Sales Associate requirements:

  • Team Leadership – Mentor and support junior sales associates
  • Sales Reporting – Track sales performance, analyse data, and provide feedback to management on trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales – Engage with potential and existing customers, Send quotations and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer service skills – Handle customer inquires, assist customers based on their needs in a warm and pleasant manner
  • Ability to lead by example and help lead a small team.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of livestock

 

Sales Associate requirements:

  • Customer service skills – Handle customer inquires, assist customers based on their needs in a warm and pleasant manner
  • Sales – Follow up all sales inquires, Send quotations, Host online meeting, client visits and achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work in a team with a customer focused approach.
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Nice to have – Basic knowledge of livestock

 

Sales Support Associate requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Customer service skills – Handle customer inquires, assist customers based on their needs in a warm and pleasant manner
  • Ability to work in a team with a customer focused approach.
  • Basic knowledge of livestock
