Marketing Manager – Regenerative Ag

Location: Remote, UK

  • Are you a proactive, creative marketing professional with an interest in environmental sustainability?
  • Join a pioneering organisation at the forefront of regenerative agriculture, supporting British farmers in improving soil health, boosting biodiversity, and achieving a low-carbon future!

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years’ marketing experience with a B2B/community focus.
  • Strong storytelling, design, and social media expertise.
  • Ability to spearhead the development of a marketing strategy from the ground up.
  • Any experience in a related sector – e.g. sustainability, agriculture – is a ‘nice to have’, but strong marketing expertise gained in a different sector will trump this!

SUMMARY:

This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the climate and biodiversity crises.

With a small but fast growing business, the Marketing Manager will be the first dedicated marketing hire, and will therefore need to be capable of planning and implementing a marketing strategy from the ground upwards.

Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing (ideally 5+ years’) is therefore required, as well as being able to demonstrate tangible examples of being the lead – or sole operator – when it comes to executing a marketing strategy.

In summary, the role will require you to:

  • Develop and execute a dynamic marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Craft compelling content (blogs, case studies, and social media posts) to share farmers’ success stories.
  • Manage social media platforms, website optimisation (Squarespace), and SEO.
  • Create marketing assets using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Any experience in the sector of sustainability and/or agriculture would be a bonus, but the required experience in marketing – even if gained in a different sector – will be prioritised over this.
