ROLE OVERVIEW:

This pioneering AgTech company, having grown from start-up phase in recent years, is leading the way when it comes to the discovery and development of new, novel and sustainable herbicides and weed control solutions.

With an established UK based R&D unit in place, consisting of a multi-disciplinary team of scientists & tech experts, attention is now turning towards trialling newly discovered solutions in 'real world' field environments.

A Trials Manager with a global remit is therefore required to lead such activities. Extensive experience in spearheading efficacy trials from Plant and Crop related solutions and products will be needed, along with the ability to work on an international basis - often necessitating travel to global locations at relatively short notice.

A background in a related discipline, such as Plant Science or similar, will be required - with specific expertise relating to herbicides and weed biology an added bonus. Prior exposure to management responsibilities, of people and/or CRO relationships, would also be highly beneficial.

In return, this role will give somebody the chance to work in a highly impactful role, in an outfit that is still small and agile enough to ensure you'll have a genuine influence on greater sustainability in the AgriFood domain!
