Commercial Lead

Location: UK or Netherlands (with international travel)

  • A dynamic and strategic-minded Commercial Lead required for a role within the Agri-tech/Biotech space.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

 

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience selling into horticulture and direct to growers.
  • Prior experience of a product launch and commercialisation to revenue generation
  • Must have exposure to Agri-tech or Biotech sector.

 

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The hiring company is an innovative, venture-backed startup that stands at the forefront of microbiome science with a focus on improving crop growth, quality and resilience.

A Commercial Lead is required play a pivotal role in developing new and existing relationships with growers, establishing strategic partnerships in the industry, and growing sales pipeline. This is a ‘hands on’ role that offers a combination of basic tasks though to high level strategic operation.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess previous experience working in a commercial or business development role within the Agri-tech or Biotech sector.
